The Ysabel project is a prototype ADU conscientiously powered by CHA and developer Chris Moore.

The aim is to provide affordable accessory dwelling units in the ever housing shortage in the Bay Area.

The design is efficient in its layout and utility system; collaborating with engineers and specialists to create a compact, energy efficient and comfortable one bedroom free standing structure.

The first iteration will be built in San Bruno, CA in 2019.
